2021 Reserve Old Vines Riesling VQA

From our estate’s oldest vines, this wine is intense & flinty, with concentrated white peach & lime aromas. It is a fresh, but serious wine, with a long & intense mineral finish. Great complexity abounds:  rounded but fresh, full-fruited but stony, generous but toned.

The fruit for this wine was handpicked, hand sorted, whole bunch pressed and kept on the lees for approximately one week.
